PAAIA mentors are volunteers that are eager to help their fellow Iranian Americans succeed. We will match you with a mentor of your choice; you can meet and explore ideas with them or get their input on how to address the challenges that you face. Whether you’re 20 or 40, starting a new job or a mid-career professional, the PAAIA Mentorship Program can help you find the answers you’re looking for.

With 28 outstanding mentors, including three new additions to our mentor team, representing different fields nationwide, chances are you will find a great match for your needs. We offer you the opportunity to gain insider knowledge and learn the tricks of the trade from experts in banking, real estate, the technology sector, the media and other fields.
