“In the aftermath of the heinous attack on the worshipers at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, three leading Iranian American organizations IABA, PAAIA, and Pars Equality Center extend their deepest sympathies to the families of those affected by this senseless tragedy, and to the entire Jewish community.  This heartbreaking act of violence on a place of worship is a dreadful blow to our shared values of respect, tolerance, and inclusion.  At a time when we see increased divisions and a continued rise of prejudice against various religious and ethnic groups, we proudly reiterate our belief that an attack against any of us is an attack against all of us.  We stand in solidarity with our fellow Americans to end hate crimes.  May this tragedy strengthen the bonds between us and fuel our resolve to protect fundamental rights for all.”
