Don’t Forget to Vote Tomorrow

Washington, D.C., November 1, 2010 – This Tuesday is Election Day, and PAAIA urges Iranian Americans across the country to get out and vote. 

There are a number of Iranian Americans running for office in this midterm election.  They include IAPAC endorsed candidates Mark Ameli for Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge, Farrah Douglas for Carlsbad City Council, and Shiva Farivar for Irvine City Council.  If you live in Southern California be sure to look down the ballot and help make 2010 a turning point for our community by electing three deserving Iranian American candidates. 

VOTE! It’s free, it’s safe, it’s our civic duty. It counts.
