Iranian Woman Wins Japanese Literary Prize

A novel written in Japanese by Shirin Nezammafi of Iran has won a Japanese literary award for newcomers, making her the second non-native Japanese speaker to win the prize following Chinese novelist Yang Yi, the organizer of the prize said Tuesday.
