Annual Leadership Retreat:
- The Emerging Leaders stage an annual weekend-long retreat to provide members with the opportunity to:
- Engage with each other
- Network
- Develop and enhance leadership skills
- Determine how they can best help the community
- Distinguished speakers will be invited
- This event is at no cost to Emerging Leaders (lodging and other accommodations are the responsibility of the member)
Membership:
- Membership is by-invitation-only
- Sought after attributes for members include:

- Civic Minded with Desire to Give Back
- Committed (willing to put in time and energy)

- Age: There are no hard entry and exit gates but average range is 20’s – 40’s
